01. The participant must be covered by his own medical insurance during all training activities. The participants must have a personal liability insurance. 02. The participant has to present a certificate issued by the police, statting that the holder has no criminal record. The certificated must be not older than three months at the beginning of the
course. 03. During our courses and seminars civilians are not allowed to wear military clothes. 04. During the courses/seminars it is not allowed to drink alcohol and and consume drugs. 05. PRAESIDIA DEFENCE
reserves the right to reject applications for participation. 06. PRAESIDIA DEFENCE reserves the right to terminate a trainee´s participation for disciplinary reasons (for example consumation of alcoholic drinks during the course, endangering of course
participants during the shooting exercises, left or right radical statements during the course). 07. The application to a course or seminar offered by PRAESIDIA DEFENCE has to be made by
mail or via fax. The participant accepts the terms of business of PRAESIDIA DEFENCE. Your registration for a course/seminar is reliable, when you get from PRAESIDIA DEFENCE an
written confirmation. 08. Up to eight weeks prior to the beginning of the course/seminar the participant can cancel his registration free of charge. If the participant cancels his registration up to four weeks prior to the
beginning of the course/seminar he will have to pay 15 % of the course/seminar fee. If the participant cancels his registration later he will have to pay 30 % of the course/seminar fee. 09. PRAESIDIA DEFENCE
reserves the right to cancel a course/seminar due to a to small number of participants or if instructors are not available (and instructors can not be replaced). In this cases the registered participants will get their paid money back. Further claims against PRAESIDIA DEFENCE
are excluded. 10. The participant attends the courses/seminars offered by PRAESIDIA DEFENCE at his own risk. He will hold PRAESIDIA DEFENCE free from any liabilities due to accidents, injuries, illness and other incidents that may arise or occur as a part of or in connection with the course or seminar. |
